  • Basic Salary: Up to £40,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, family-run independent garage in Leighton Buzzard.

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of makes and models
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Completing vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required
  • Performing MOT preparation and repair work
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer and company standards
  • Maintaining accurate job records and completing relevant paperwork
  • Supporting colleagues to maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a garage or dealership environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
