  • Position: Tyre Fitter
  • Location: Leighton Buzzard 
  • Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Rota'd Saturday mornings

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join a well-established, family-run service centre in Leighton Buzzard. Known for their honest approach, quality workmanship, and loyal customer base, this business offers a stable and supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting, repairing, and maintaining tyres to the highest standards while supporting the wider workshop team when required. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tyre technician looking to join a friendly and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitting and replacing tyres on a variety of vehicles
  • Carrying out wheel balancing and puncture repairs
  • Performing wheel alignment checks and adjustments where required
  • Inspecting tyres and advising customers on tyre condition and replacement needs Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Assisting with general workshop duties when required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or Fast Fit Technician
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and repair procedures
  • Experience with wheel alignment equipment would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
