Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with finding quality used motorcycles for our client's showroom. You will be expected to buy 380+ bikes a year by dealing with the general public and traders to source the best quality machines. You will maximise the profitability of all motorcycle sales using all of the systems at your disposal, ensure that all key performance indicators and targets set by the Sales Manager are met, deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer service to ensure repeat business, and build relationships with traders and local dealers.
To be eligible, a strong understanding of automotive vehicle buying/sales, specifically motorcycles, would be essential. Our client is looking for a person with good communication skills and an enthusiasm for everything motorcycles. You would have to be comfortable moving bikes, loading and unloading a van, driving a four-metre sprinter, be confident with using computers and administration, have a polite, outgoing nature, a willingness to learn and be able to work as part of a team. A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is essential.
