We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at our Preston dealership. In this vital customer-facing role, you will act as the main point of contact between service customers and the workshop team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and smooth service processes.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £27,000 based on experience 
  • Potential to earn up to £32,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday working week, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Alternate Saturdays worked, with time off in lieu

Duties:
  • Welcoming service customers and managing their appointment needs
  • Handling all necessary paperwork associated with vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the service department 
  • Communicating effectively with customers about progress and vehicle status
  • Processing payments and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the motor trade industry
  • No specific formal qualifications required, though industry experience is essential
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Keen eye for detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
