We are currently seeking a dedicated Part Time HGV Technician to join our client’s team based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled HGV Technicians looking for flexible working hours and a rewarding role within a vibrant workshop environment.

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Qualifications in HGV Maintenance Required + HGV License
  • Annual salary reviews and regular pay payments
Duties:
  • Conducting vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HGVs in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised
  • Accurately completing service and repair documentation
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment
  • Supporting the team with general workshop duties to maintain high service standards
  • Working efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality workmanship
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role
  • Full valid HGV technician qualification
  • Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and repair standards for heavy goods vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work up to four days per week with a positive attitude towards workload
