Our client, a well-respected and established dealership in Great Yarmouth, is currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Service Advisors and Senior Service Advisors who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to grow within a reputable dealership.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
- On target earnings of up to £36,000 with commissions and bonuses
- Up to £30,000 basic salary with a strong bonus scheme

- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
- Scheduling service appointments and managing workshop work
- Providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships
- Advising customers on additional service and repair needs
- Ensuring clear communication between customers and the workshop team
- Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Organised with good attention to detail
- A professional and proactive attitude
