We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our client's busy team in Poole, Dorset.

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced automotive environment. Our client is looking for a proactive professional to help maintain their high standards and develop their service department.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
  • OTE of £36,000 with achievable bonus scheme
  • Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM 
  • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:00AM - 12:00PM

Duties:
  • Greet customers and determine their service needs
  • Advise customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance services
  • Prepare accurate and detailed job cards and quotes
  • Liaise effectively between customers and the workshop team
  • Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all service documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or equivalent in a motor trade environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Professional attitude with a focus on team collaboration
  • Full UK driving licence
