  • Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum with a bonus scheme providing an uncapped earning potential of up to £46,000+ per annum.
  • Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm.

Our client, a multi-franchise-approved car dealership, is currently looking to recruit a Aftersales Manager to join their Hereford dealership and drive it forward.
 
Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for a team of 6 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, and 1 Parts Advisor, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional service operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.

The successful individual will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hereford and ideally have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a small to medium franchise-approved car dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
