Are you an experienced Bodyshop Advisor with a knack for liaising effectively with insurance companies and customers? Our client, a reputable and well-established bodyshop in Burgess Hill, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their busy team. This full-time, permanent position offers a chance to develop your skills within a vibrant automotive environment while enjoying a supportive team culture and excellent career prospects.

Duties:
  • Communicate professionally with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims and repair authorisations
  • Manage customer enquiries with a friendly and proactive approach
  • Oversee the repair process from vehicle intake to completion, providing regular updates to customers
  • Work closely with internal staff to ensure the timely and efficient completion of repairs
  • Assist with estimating and administrative tasks around the bodyshop environment
  • Support vehicle movements such as delivery and collection when necessary
  • Contribute to an efficient, proactive, and customer-focused team environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, ideally with experience liaising with insurance companies
  • Valid UK driving licence is advantageous for managing vehicle movements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Customer-focused with a flexible and proactive attitude
  • Willing to learn about estimating, bodyshop procedures, and insurance processes
