We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a busy dealership in Exeter, Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your automotive career by leading the aftersales department with confidence and expertise.

Duties:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department
  • Manage and support Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure departmental targets are met in terms of profitability and efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers
  • Monitor service processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with managing workload and allocating resources effectively
Individual spec:
  • Previous experience in an assistant or senior service advisor role or similar
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of automotive aftersales processes
  • Motivated self-starter with a customer-focused attitude
  • Able to work effectively within a team and independently
