We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a reputable body shop based in the Exeter area of Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual looking to work in a modern, well-equipped facility with a dedicated team. The Paint Sprayer will be responsible for delivering high-quality paintwork while also performing panel preparation and repair duties within a close-knit workshop environment.

Benefits:
  • Salary around £35,000, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hours – no weekend work
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays to start
  • Modern workshop equipped with a proper paint booth
  • Opportunity to work within a close-knit team, handling both paintwork and panel preparation
Duties:
  • Carrying out paint repairs to vehicle panels with precision and care
  • Performing panel preparation and light repair work as required
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail in all work completed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working within a small, dedicated team to meet workshop deadlines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a busy automotive environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle paint systems and techniques
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisation skills and reliability
