This role is ideally suited for experienced Level 3 Service and Diagnostic Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality repairs and diagnostics across multiple vehicle brands. With a supportive family-run environment and excellent earning potential, this opportunity offers the stability and growth you’ve been seeking.

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary with the potential to earn up to £46,000 OTE including bonuses
  • Working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 6am to 6pm

Duties:
  • Carrying out routine servicing to manufacturers' standards across various brands
  • Diagnosing complex faults and performing advanced mechanical repairs
  • Supporting workshop team with complex repairs and diagnostics as required
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and is completed efficiently
  • Recording repair and diagnostic information accurately in line with workshop procedures
Individual spec:
  • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in automotive servicing or diagnostics
  • Proven experience in servicing, diagnostics, and large repairs
  • Confident working independently with a keen eye for detail
  • Full UK driving licence; MOT qualification is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to repairs
