  • Basic Salary: £18,000 basic – OTE £59,000+
  • Mon - Fri 08:30 - 18:00, Sat 09:00 – 17:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 2 rota)

Vehicle Sales Executive, required for our clients Vehicle Dealership in Southampton. Our Client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a larger presence within Hampshire specialising in a popular manufacturer, seeking an experienced Sales Executive. Our Client represents a well respected brand, with great product, a strong market share and a plentiful stock featuring a wide range of vehicles. This role would suit individuals interested in a fast paced, professional working environment, able to meet the demands of a large and ever changing stock load during the dealership’s expansion.

Duties of a Sales Executive with our Client
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product target
  • Achieve maximum profitability on sales
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
  • Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price and key features
What our Client expects of their Sales Executive:
  • Experience of working in a car sales role for 3 years
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
  • Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
  • Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
