Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity in Colindale? Our client is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. This is an excellent chance to develop your career within a well-established automotive dealership, offering a supportive environment and rewarding potential.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of up to £31,000 per annum
  • OTE of approximately £40,000 including bonuses and commission
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with one in four Saturday mornings

Duties:
  • Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle servicing needs
  • Advising customers on service and repair work required
  • Writing detailed cost estimates and explaining work carried out
  • Liaising with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Managing customer follow-up and maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Accurately updating and maintaining service records
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A professional and friendly approach to customer care
