  • Salary: £42,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000 per annum, and a company vehicle.
  • Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm. No Sundays required!

Our client is expanding as a result of gaining 2 new commercial vehicle franchise approvals, and are subsequently looking for an LCV/Van Sales Manager to join their team to drive it forward. 
 
Reporting to the General Manager & Operations Director, you will primarily be responsible for the sales of LCVs/Vans, via developing local business relationships, growing fleet sales and leading the department.

Some responsibilities are listed below: 
  • Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
  • Outreach to local businesses to broadcast products and offerings. 
  • Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
  • Maximising sales and profitability through the satisfaction and retention of customers.
  • Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.
To be eligible for the role, you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Llanelli. Our client is looking for an experienced LCV/Van Sales person for this role, ideally within a management role. Overall, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude, be organised with your workload, and have the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
