- Salary: £42,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000 per annum, and a company vehicle.
- Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm. No Sundays required!

Reporting to the General Manager & Operations Director, you will primarily be responsible for the sales of LCVs/Vans, via developing local business relationships, growing fleet sales and leading the department.
Some responsibilities are listed below:
- Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
- Outreach to local businesses to broadcast products and offerings.
- Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
- Maximising sales and profitability through the satisfaction and retention of customers.
- Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.
