HGV Technician Opportunity in Grantham
  • Basic Salary: up to £40,500 depending on experience plus bonus earnings.
  • Working Hours - 40 hour week: Monday to Friday (Week 1: 6am-2pm; Week 2: 2pm-10pm), including 30 mins paid break
  • Additional overtime opportunities available and call out/stand by to site
  • Our client is seeking applications from experienced HGV Technicians, with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV Mechanics.

Our client, a regionally renowned commercial vehicle distributor, is seeking a HGV Technician to join their team in their busy Grantham branch.

The successful HGV Technician will get:
  • Basic Salary: up to £40,500 depending on experience plus bonus earnings.

What will the successful HGV Technician do?
  • Repair and service vehicles. 
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
The successful HGV Technician will have:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (HGV).
  • Current experience working on HGV's.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Own set of tools.
  • An ability to meet deadlines.
  • A high attention to detail.
