We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. Duties:
  • Carry out diagnostic, servicing and repair work to manufacturer standards
  • Perform EV and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, where qualified
  • Utilise advanced diagnostic software and equipment to identify complex faults
  • Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality, safety and safety procedures
  • Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians in their development
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality control and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Recognised Diagnostic qualification (desirable but not essential) 
  • Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic preferred
  • Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and safety standards
  • Motivated to develop skills through manufacturer training, particularly in EV technology
