Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high-quality vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Completing body and panel repairs, including alignment and structural work.
- Repairing or replacing damaged panels using approved repair methods.
- Stripping and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components where required.
- Performing wheel alignment checks and adjustments where required.
- Working closely with estimators, vehicle damage assessors and the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater, or an MET Technician with panel repair experience, within an accident repair environment.
- IMI/ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential for experienced individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on electric vehicles would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Monday to Friday working – no weekends.
