SMART Repair Technician Opportunity in Manchester
  • Salary: £34,000 + Bonus £40,000 OTE
  • Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota

Our client, a well-established and highly respected automotive retailer, is looking to recruit an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join their busy Bodyshop team in Manchester.

As a SMART Repair Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Carry out SMART repairs and prepare vehicles to a consistently high standard.
  • Identify and report any additional repair work required during the repair process.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Bodyshop team to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and keep up to date with repair techniques and manufacturer standards.
  • Ensure outstanding levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment, completing all associated paperwork accurately.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician or in a similar automotive Bodyshop role.
  • Motor trade experience (essential).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
