Duties:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service experience, ensuring a positive and trusted interaction.
  • Schedule vehicle repairs and services efficiently, communicating with customers and workshop staff.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within company systems.
  • Promote additional services and repairs identified through technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle progress, ensuring transparency.
  • Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions.
  • Build longstanding relationships by delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, ideally with knowledge of Kerridge, Keyloop and RTC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging customers professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential.
  • A driven, personable attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
