Duties:
  • Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Deliver a seamless sales experience from initial inquiry through to vehicle handover
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Maintain knowledge of current vehicle stock, features, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the aftersales team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role within the motor trade
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Full UK driving licence
