- Salary: Basic salary of £35,000 per annum with a £40,000 OTE pending target achievement.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am to 1:00pm.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be partially responsible for a large service team, and will have the overall responsibility for running an efficient and professional service reception to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour. You will work on the front desk when required, booking customers in and seeing to their needs, whilst also assisting with departmental performance and organisation.
Our client runs a very busy operation, working with about 80 throughputs and circa 7 recoveries per day. They retail around 1400 hours per month so have a strong labour sales target to achieve. With this in mind, they are looking for someone from a dealership Senior Service Advisor background looking to progress, or a current Assistant Service Manager role who is looking for a change. Ideally, they want someone who is familiar with the volume of work they complete as an organisation. Ideally, you will live in a commutable or local area to Cardiff. It is also essential to our client that the successful Assistant Service Manager has a Full UK driving License, ideally with minimal points.
