We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician or an experience car technician to join a Motorcycle MOT and Service Centre within a modern Christchurch, Dorset. This is an excellent chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that values high standards, technical excellence, and a genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles. As a Motorcycle Technician, you will work with the latest diagnostic equipment in a supportive environment, delivering exceptional service and repairs to meet manufacturer standards.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
Performance-based bonus of around £300 per month (uncapped)
Opportunity for access to demonstration motorcycles and access employee benefits
Overtime paid for Saturday working when required

Duties

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on motorcycles
Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and engine work to manufacturer standards
Lead technical investigations and support warranty cases
Provide technical support and mentorship to Technicians and Apprentices
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism across all workshop activities
Work closely with the management and aftersales teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

Requirements

Qualified Motorcycle Technician or Motorcycle Master Technician or Car Technician
Extensive diagnostic and fault-finding experience with motorcycles
Full motorcycle licence is essential
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and continuous improvement
Positive attitude and professionalism in all aspects of work
