  • Modern, newly built workshop with five bays for practical training
Duties:
  • Develop and deliver technical training programmes to dealer network technicians
  • Support Manufacturer product range through expert training sessions
  • Design training materials and deliver engaging presentations, utilising PowerPoint
  • Conduct training at the company’s state-of-the-art training centre and occasional travel to external sites
  • Collaborate with the team to continually improve training content and delegate performance assessments
  • Support the ongoing development of technical staff and ensure training standards are maintained
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle technology, preferably trucks or commercial vehicles
  • Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance techniques for modern vehicles or relevant qualifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and engage learners
  • Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and meet deadlines
  • Flexible team player with a proactive approach to learning and development
  • Current driving licence; passport required for occasional European travel
  • An interest in continuing professional development, with a focus on improving training programmes and delegate outcomes
