  • Independent Business – Newcastle
  • Basic Salary up to £25,000 + Bonus (OTE up to £31,720)
  • Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours)
We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Service Advisor to join a successful branch in the Newcastle Area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a customer-facing position, combining sales, service support, and administration in a busy and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Sales & Service Advisor position:
  • Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, over the phone, and by email.
  • Advise customers on a wide range of products and services, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and related workshop services.
  • Ensure stock is correctly received, displayed, and well presented to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Support the workshop team with workflow coordination and timely updates.
  • Handle cash, banking, invoicing, and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain administration and filing systems to company standards.
  • Uphold Health & Safety practices and ensure a tidy and professional working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a sales, service, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sales transactions and basic administration confidently.
  • A proactive approach to customer care and sales.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Forklift licence desirable, but training can be provided.
