We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Parts Advisor on behalf of a reputable dealership or bodyshop in Southampton, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in parts advising to join a busy and well-established team. The ideal individual will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8 am to 5:30 pm

Duties:
  • Assisting customers and technicians with parts identification and availability
  • Managing parts orders efficiently through Autoflow systems and other dealership software
  • Ensuring quick turnaround times to meet bodyshop demands
  • Maintaining accurate parts inventory records
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical knowledge to all clients
  • Supporting the workshop team in daily operations and parts supply
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a bodyshop or automotive environment
  • Strong knowledge of Autoflow and bodyshop parts processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
  • Full UK driving licence is advantageous
