We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established dealership in Truro, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a strong sales team and drive dealership success.

Benefits:

  • OTE around £62,000 annually

  • Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
Duties:
  • Oversee and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and dealership targets
  • Manage daily sales operations, ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Develop sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales executives and apprentices
  • Report sales performance and progress to management regularly
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Professional within the motor trade or a similar automotive sales environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Full UK driving licence
