We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established team in Exeter, Devon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to develop their career within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Duties:
  • Providing expert advice to customers on parts and accessories
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring availability of products
  • Using computerised parts system for parts sales and inventory management
  • Assisting in order processing and parts buying activities
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Supporting the workshop team with parts requirements as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
