Are you an experienced bodyshop productive seeking your next career move? We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable body shop based in Exeter, looking to hire a skilled Panel Beater / Prepper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in panel beating and vehicle preparation to work within a well-established business offering competitive pay and a flexible working environment.

Benefits:
  • Salary around £38,500 depending on experience
  • Full-time role with Monday to Friday working hours
  • Paid holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing with years of service
  • Structured pension scheme in place

Duties:
  • Conduct panel beating and paint preparation work to high standards
  • Assist with bodyshop repairs and prepare cars for painting or further work
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Prepper 
  • Multiskilled approach, including ability to paint occasionally if needed
  • Strong panel beating and vehicle preparation skills
  • Good understanding of vehicle repair processes
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
