We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Fast Fit Branch Manager to join a well-established automotive business in Chingford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled manager with a proven track record in motor trade environments to lead a busy fast fit branch and drive outstanding customer service and profitability.

Duties:
  • Managing the daily operations of the fast fit branch, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that promotes customer retention and satisfaction
  • Overseeing stock security and financial controls to meet strict standards
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's image within the community 
  • Ensuring high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, and compliance
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role as a successful Autocentre Manager or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Drive to succeed and achieve sales and profit targets
  • Experience managing a fast-paced automotive workshop or service environment
