We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join a well-regarded automotive dealership in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a stable and supportive environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £45,000 with achievable sales targets
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm with a dedicated day off during the week
  • Saturday work from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and Sundays on a rota from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm

Duties:
  • Providing excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options
  • Negotiating and closing vehicle sales to meet individual and dealership targets
  • Upselling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Contributing to the ongoing success of the dealership through team collaboration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade preferred
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • A proactive and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
