We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead and manage one of our client's busy automotive centres in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business success, oversee daily operations, and lead a dedicated team within a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
  • Managing the daily operations of the centre to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of workshop and customer service staff
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures
  • Overseeing stock control, including delivery, storage, and audit preparation
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and promoting a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining equipment, machinery, and ensuring timely servicing and safety checks
  • Implementing sales strategies and maximising revenue through effective team management
  • Upholding the security of the premises, stock, assets, and customer data
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or in a similar automotive management role
  • Commercial experience within the automotive or tyre retail industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Technical or Mechanical automotive knowledge
  • Demonstrable success in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the automotive sector
  • Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
