We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join a reputable automotive parts team in Exeter, Devon. This exciting role offers the opportunity to become a key part of a dynamic business committed to growth and excellence in the motor trade industry.

Duties:
  • Handling outbound and inbound calls daily to provide excellent customer service
  • Promoting and selling vehicle parts, with a focus on trade customers and dealerships
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business
  • Collaborating with the parts team to ensure stock and availability meet customer demands
  • Building strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and identifying sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within motor trade parts sales
  • Strong telephone communication skills and a persistent sales approach
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a proactive attitude towards customer engagement
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to meet demanding targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 8am and 6pm 42 hours a week, including some Saturdays mornings on a rota basis
