Are you an experienced professional in the automotive parts sector seeking a new challenge? Our client, a reputable motor trade business located in Exeter, Devon, is looking to recruit a skilled Parts Sales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.

Duties

Manage and develop a team of Parts Sales Consultants within a busy environment
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
Oversee daily operations within the parts department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Contribute to the development of intermediary parts offerings 
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing expert advice to customers

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive parts sales management, ideally with trade parts background and a track record of longevity in the industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes confidently
Previous experience managing a busy parts department and working with intermediary or warranty parts is advantageous
