As a key member of the team, you’ll handle parts sales, support customers in-branch and externally, and build strong relationships. Whether you have automotive experience or are a motivated trainee with IT skills and an interest in cars, your enthusiasm is welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer and internal parts requests with courtesy
- Provide advice and support to customers and colleagues
- Assist with parts sales, promotions, and handle phone and email enquiries
- Report stock damage or losses immediately
- Maintain a clean, organised work area in line with Health and Safety standards
- Previous automotive parts experience advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service
- IT proficiency and interest in automotive
- Full, clean driving licence
- Physically capable of handling parts (DL preferred)
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing within the automotive sector
- Certifications in automotive or parts management a plus
- Experience in a parts department or automotive environment preferred but not necessary for trainees or eager learners
