An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager to join a busy and growing automotive service centre in Kettering.
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, driving sales performance and ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and workshop operations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, motivating and developing the centre team
- Driving sales performance and maximising customer conversion
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the centre
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Managing stock control, deliveries and centre security
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Supporting the training and development of team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or similar within the automotive industry
- Proven team management and sales experience
- Strong automotive knowledge with a good understanding of vehicle technology
- Technical or mechanical experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A full current UK driving licence
