We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a well-established dealership in Hull, East Yorkshire.

Key Duties for this Master Technician position:
  • Carry out maintenance and repair work on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Perform diagnostic, warranty, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs efficiently and safely
  • Support and mentor less experienced technicians, sharing your expertise to promote team development
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards
  • Complete detailed reports and documentation for each service or repair carried out
  • Assist in diagnosing complex faults, ensuring first-time fix success
  • Maintain workshop equipment and tools, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Requirements for this Master Technician position
  • Qualified Master Vehicle Technician or fully-skilled Technician with a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience handling complex diagnostics and a variety of mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrates a high standard of safety awareness and attention to detail
  • Mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset, with a passion for continuous professional development
