- Supervise and develop the service team to achieve high performance standards
- Monitor workshop workload and ensure smooth workflow management
- Greet customers professionally, discussing and confirming their vehicle requirements
- Oversee collection and delivery drivers to ensure punctuality and customer satisfaction
- Raise and process repair orders accurately and ensure timely completion
- Manage invoicing, warranty authorisations, and job extensions in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Keep customers fully informed of costs, progress, and expected completion times
- Oversee subcontracted repairs ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Monitor team attendance, timekeeping, and overall performance
- Maintain a tidy and professional work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Proven experience in an aftersales role within the motor trade
- Experience working as a Service Advisor is essential
- Supervisory or managerial experience in an aftersales environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
- Immaculate appearance and a full valid driving licence are essential
