Master Vehicle Technician Required in Battersea for Car Dealer Group 

Pay: Up to £46k Basic Depending on Manufacturer Qualifications + £9,000 Productivity and Time Saved Bonus 
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday - workshop is open 8am - 6pm + Saturdays on a rota 

Are you a qualified Master Technician looking to advance your career within a reputable dealership group? We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Master Technician to join a leading car dealership in Battersea. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vehicle technician to be part of a professional team committed to delivering outstanding service and technical excellence.

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £46,000 depending on manufacturer qualifications
  • Uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) up to £55,400 with productivity and time saved bonuses
  • Additional bonus schemes including up to £3,000 in productivity and efficiency bonuses
  • Regular manufacturer training, including hybrid and electric vehicle courses

  • 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis
Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic tools in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Carry out diagnosis and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
  • Complete all repair and service documentation accurately and promptly
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs are successful and faults are fully resolved
  • Support the team with additional repairs and warranty work as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role within a busy workshop environment
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Accreditation as a Master Technician or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Experience with diagnostic work, MOTs, and electric/hybrid vehicle repairs is desirable but not essential
