A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Used Car Sales Executive at our client's luxury used car specialist situated in Cheltenham.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and alongside two other Used Car Sales Executives and a Business Manager, you will be required to sell used cars, add-ons, accessories, finance and insurance products, and warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. Our client specialises in prestige/luxury vehicles ranging from £50,000 Mercedes-Benz to £250,000 Rolls-Royce and everything in between! You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may arise. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the car and offer any other support that may be required.

Due to the nature of this role, strong and steady car sales experience is essential to our client at this stage, and top sales performers with a background in premium/luxury car sales are encouraged to apply. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, be IT literate and forward-thinking in using the latest sales techniques and technology and have a genuine passion to work for our client and the brand they represent. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.
