  • Salary: £24,000 + Uncapped Comission
  • OTE: £40,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Day off in the week)
  • Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Sundays 11:00am - 3:00pm
  • In-house manufacturer training 
My client is a family run main dealer with a proven track record of success in Northamptonshire area and large customer following to support their ever growing business. They are currently looking to take on a new and used car sales executive.

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive: 
  • Selling new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Providing expert advice and product knowledge to customers.
What They are Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential – full training is provided.
  • A motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced dealership environment.
