We are representing a reputable dealership seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee operations at their Norwich location. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career within a well-established motor trade environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £50,000 per annum
  • Potential OTE of up to £81,200 per year
  • Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work
  • Opportunity to lead a large team of 35 staff across multiple departments

Duties:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the service, parts, and warranty departments
  • Overseeing a team of approximately 35 staff including workshop technicians and support personnel
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Driving department profitability and meeting key performance targets
  • Implementing effective processes to optimise workflow and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager role within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams
  • Excellent understanding of service, parts, and warranty operations
  • Knowledge of dealership KPIs and the ability to improve performance
  • Professional approach with exceptional organisational skills
