We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our client’s team in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This role offers a fantastic chance to progress within the motor trade sector and become a key player in a busy, reputable fast fit centre.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum
  • Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm / Saturdays 8.30am - 4pm

Duties:

  • Assist the Centre Manager in the daily running of the fast fit centre
  • Manage customer appointments and ensure excellent customer service
  • Supervise and support the fast fit team to deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain operational standards, health and safety compliance, and site presentation
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and operational objectives
  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the centre
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fast fit or automotive service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Practical understanding of automotive or fast fit services
  • Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
