Motorcycle Parts Advisor - Cheltenham
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus bonuses providing on-target earnings around £30,000 per annum. 
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Our client, a multi-franchise approved motorcycle dealership situated in the Cheltenham region, is currently looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join their team.

Reporting to your General Manager and working as part of a friendly front-of-house team, as a Parts Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with customers, suppliers, technicians, and manufacturers, processing parts orders, maintaining stock records, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring the Parts Department operates efficiently and professionally.  Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce team by assisting with online shop operations.

To be eligible, you will ideally live within a reasonable commutable distance of Cheltenham and hold excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organisational and administrative abilities, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be IT literate, given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system. A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable, but is non-essential provided you have an active passion for all things two-wheeled.
