Are you an experienced motor trade professional seeking your next career move? We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive on behalf of a reputable dealership in Truro, Cornwall. Duties

Provide excellent customer service from greeting to handover of vehicles
Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
Present suitable vehicle options and explain features and benefits
Appraise and negotiate used car part exchanges
Organise and conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Prospect for new customers and manage existing client relationships
Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for inspection
Maintain accurate records using CRM and dealership management tools
Follow dealership sales processes to maximise conversions and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or within the automotive sales industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for cars and delivering outstanding customer service
Confidence motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work during weekends, as required
