- Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £50,000 - £55,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

This is a key management position with responsibility across Service, Parts and Warranty, leading the Aftersales operation and ensuring the department delivers strong commercial performance alongside an excellent customer experience.
You'll be joining an established business with a strong reputation, a loyal customer base and a genuine focus on developing its people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Aftersales department
- Lead, motivate and develop the Service, Parts and Warranty teams
- Set and manage departmental KPIs, targets and objectives
- Drive workshop utilisation, productivity, efficiency and profitability
- Maximise labour sales, parts sales and overall Aftersales revenue
- Monitor department performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved professionally
- Oversee warranty processes, ensuring claims are accurate and submitted within required timescales
- Proven experience managing or supervising an Aftersales/Service operation within a main dealer environment
- Strong knowledge of Service, Parts and Warranty processes
- A proven track record of achieving departmental KPIs and financial targets
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable for performance
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of departmental profitability
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills
- Confidence dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
