Are you an experienced Vehicle Service Technician seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our reputable client in Braintree, Essex, is currently looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Service Technician to join their busy team. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and the chance to develop your career within a reputable dealership environment.

Benefits:
  • Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of up to £52,480 per year
  • Competitive basic salary between £34,000 and £37,000
  • Productive bonus scheme including £3,000 productivity bonus and additional time saved incentives
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturday mornings
Duties:
  • Servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer's specifications
  • Conducting pre- and post-vehicle service checks and diagnostics
  • Accurately completing service documentation and reports
  • Identifying vehicle faults and discussing findings with customers
  • Ensuring high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Technician or similar role
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
