- Repair or replace damaged vehicle panels, chassis, and framework following manufacturer specifications
- Dismantle and repair vehicles with safety and precision using jigging, welding, and structural repair techniques
- Ensure all repairs meet high quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain tools and work area in a safe, clean, and organised manner
- Support and mentor less experienced colleagues to uphold repair standards
- Adhere to health and safety policies and safe working practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely progress and repair quality
- Attend training courses to stay updated with new repair methods and technologies
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater with relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of modern repair techniques including aluminium and high-strength steel
- Familiarity with structural repair, chassis alignment, and workshop workflow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of manufacturer specifications, technical bulletins, and repair procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Willingness to attend ongoing training and professional development
- IMI Accreditation is preferred but not essential
