We are currently recruiting for a skilled Panel Beater to join a leading automotive repair workshop in Scunthorpe. This is an excellent chance to work within a reputable group that offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Competitive basic salary ranging from £45,885 to £50,057 per annum, with an OTE of up to £50,057
- Uncapped monthly bonus scheme with an average guaranteed bonus when on holiday
- Full-time, 40-hour week shift pattern with full training provided
- Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), moving to evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

- Inspecting vehicles prior to repairs and assessing damage levels
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Maintaining clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards
- Collaborating with team members and customers to ensure smooth communication and progress updates
- Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality regulations
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater with a solid understanding of vehicle panel repairs and refinishing
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Panel Beating and Repair
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
