Are you an experienced Panel Beater seeking a rewarding opportunity in Scunthorpe?

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Panel Beater to join a leading automotive repair workshop in Scunthorpe. This is an excellent chance to work within a reputable group that offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £45,885 to £50,057 per annum, with an OTE of up to £50,057
  • Uncapped monthly bonus scheme with an average guaranteed bonus when on holiday
  • Full-time, 40-hour week shift pattern with full training provided
  • Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), moving to evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Duties as a Panel Beater will include:
  • Repairing and replacing panels with precision to meet manufacturer standards and quality expectations
  • Inspecting vehicles prior to repairs and assessing damage levels
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Maintaining clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with team members and customers to ensure smooth communication and progress updates
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality regulations
Requirements that the Panel Beater will need:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater with a solid understanding of vehicle panel repairs and refinishing
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Panel Beating and Repair
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
